PLEASE READ - Important Information:
Admittance Requirements:
- Dog needs to have a collar & name tag
- Pet must be 4+ months old
- Pet needs to be potty trained
- Must have owned pet for 2+ months
- Pet is current on vaccines & flea meds
Service Oath: We limit our services to no more that four dogs, per walk/sitting/daycare appointment. We have this policy in place for their safety, and so that they can get the proper amount of love and attention they need.
New Client Consultation & Behavioral Assessment: This process will be performed for each pet. We come to your home, meet you and your pet(s), and complete a profile. We require one working emergency key for office use only, the code to a lockbox or garage for on property access for your dog walker/pet sitter.
Adding Appointment Policy: Last minute requests are not guaranteed, make sure to call us at 714-900-3226.
Payments: Payment is made prior to service(s). We accept credit and debit cards (accepted on website), Zelle or Venmo. If you have questions, call 714-900-3226.
Key Pick-up/Drop Off:
All staff is cleared by the U.S. Department of Justice and has undergone a Live Scan in the state of California.
We collect an emergency key at your consultation and get the code to your lockbox or garage code for on property access. Your emergency key will remain safe and is for office use only. All staff is cleared by the U.S. Department of Justice and has undergone a Live Scan.
Lockbox: If you choose a lockbox, please put it in an area that your walker or sitter can safely reached. Always test the lockbox prior to service if it has not been used in more than two weeks.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, for all services.
